Our approach to asset management is comprehensive, integrating skills from both our development and property management staff. It is supported fully by our accounting and MIS team, which provides financial and advisory support for the development, investment and management operations of the Company. Under the leadership of Chief Financial Officer Larry Murphy, the Company is equipped with state of the art, web-based Yardi property management and accounting software and prides itself on its ability to provide customized and timely reporting to a wide variety of clients, from publicly traded companies and private institutional partners to governmental agencies.
