Lawrence J. Murphy, CPA, is the Treasurer and the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for directing the financial affairs of the Company and its affiliates. Prior to joining John M. Corcoran and Company in 1989, Mr. Murphy held similar positions at Cohen Properties, Inc. and Combined Properties, Inc., a senior management position at The Atlantic, and had been a senior audit manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Murphy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Real Estate Finance Association of Massachusetts.
