We actively pursue opportunities to purchase existing apartment communities throughout New England. We will work with owners, brokers, and others who can help facilitate a potential acquisition. In circumstances where brokers bring opportunities to our attention but lack a listing/compensation agreement with a seller, we will create Buyer Broker arrangements.

We are interested in all types of multifamily housing of more than 80 units and will consider both market rate and government assisted housing communities. The age and condition of the property is not a factor, as we have the capacity to address significant structural and/or environmental challenges.

Our primary focus includes Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the southern and central portions of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, and Connecticut from Hartford east. We will also consider properties in other New England locations.
